Roll up, roll up........

As title, whole car available cheap or, if nobody want it complete, then there's parts galore.

Car is located just outside Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. I don't really have the time to strip bits off and post around the country. If you want anything you'll need to come and get it don't want much for anything, just offering a chance to get the bits you need before I get rid. Excellent Genesis interior.

Take the car off my hands complete if you want to keep a solid old Polo on the road, paintwork v.poor (someone tried touching it up - used the wrong shade but no rot and very little rust as far as I remember, I can't remember exactly but its only done about 67,000 miles I think.

Some scrote levered the top of the driver's door to try to nick it before I got it, bent it in the process (window won't open now and rain drips on you when you go round bends :0). I left it as it didn't bother me, but have a spare driver's door that could go with the car if it goes complete.

Like I said its not going to be here for long, my wife wants the space back on the drive!

Must be faite lol, I'm after a rear bumper off a coupe if your willing to sell and I'm in west yorkshire too. Pm me a price buddy and i could come pick it up sometime in the evening this week

Picture of the car would be good. But specifically what colour is it?

timwilkey/martinf603 - its always dark when I'm near it until weekend. Its a kind of burgundy/maroon colour (no idea of paint code no.) Pics now up!

vw-nay - sorry, I've not got the time/inclination to get dirty ripping it apart, so if you want bits you'll need to come and get them. No idea what the tie rod end is either

Gaz_golf_gti - does it have door pockets and a glove box lid? (it has a standard Genesis interior - if you mean elasticated pockets - not in the front, don't think so in the back).

It has a glove box lid, don't know what you mean by the other bits - if you see them on the pics you can have 1st dibs.

Due to the conditions pics are pretty poor quality, but will give you something to go on until I get some taken at the weekend.

Car is standard as far as I'm aware though.

Is a sunroof model, has all rubbers (doors etc), has uncut parcel shelf, all internal trim except the plastic triangle in front of n/s quarter light, has all external trim. carpets in excellent condition (once cleaned), no rips/broken springs in seats. Pics show marks on seats/stearing wheel - will brush off (damp due to pre mentioned warped driver's door).

I've taken some pics of the bad areas, the dodgy door (I have a straight replacement (in silver)), the mismatched paint and the only two scabs that I can find on the car! Please excuse the fact that the car has not been cleaned for about 4 months and has sat for over a month since I replaced it with a van.

Looks like the car isn't going to be going complete as I'd have liked, its all gone quiet from the guy who claimed to want it??

So, enough time wasting....if you want parts now's your chance, everything available. I've no time to be out under the car stripping things off. If its simply a two minute job and the part is small enough to post then maybe.

Large items need collecting, dirty items need collecting, items that take effort to get off need collecting and you'll need to bring you're tools to get them off.......I've got quite a few tools but can't guarentee I'd have what you needed for any specific job.

It looks like the car is sold someone is going to have it complete after all. If it all falls through I'll get back to the interested parties for parts.
