Right guys...Meet up time and travelling plans for the Polo Show.

We will all meet at the Bothwell Services (Southbound) on the M74 at 7:30am Thursday 29th July

and we will be leaving Bothwell at 8:00am sharp.Theres a petrol station between Gretna and

Carlisle on the M74 and we will make this the first stop at approx 9:45 am.The fuel is cheaper

here than any of the Services on the M6 and we should all fuel up.Leave here at 10:15am approx

and our next stop will be Sandbach Services on the M6 at approx 1:15pm.Leave Sandbach at

1:45 approx and join the M6 to junction 11a when we take the M6 Toll Road (cash needed).

Leave the Toll Road 30 mins later and join the M42 south..At junction 7a join M6 and we should

get to Corley Services at around 3:00pm,this'll be the last stop before Northampton.Leave

Corley Services 3:15pm and arrive Billing approx 4:40pm...first beer opened at 5:00pm.

Sound good...remember these time are approximate and don't allow for any punctures Steven

or for heavy traffic but we're not in a huge hurry so it'll be fine...

I have one puncture two years ago and thats it, tagged for life for having punctures!

I, like last year, intend on taking a proper wheel as a spare with a good tyre.

I'm well looking forward to this though, last day at work tomorrow then I have 5 days to get the car sorted for the show.

Its now rust free and painted, its nicely slammed, just need to get new tyres all round and my exhaust on.

Also going to try and get it RR'd before the show too.

I've got 2 days more of work. Monday the Touran is going for coilovers, shorter droplinks so I can go lower than 50mm down. Wheels are here along with a brand new set of debt-enhancing centre caps from the main dealers (dont even ask! I had to get a car chassis number before I could buy them from the dealers!!!!) Tyres should give a little stretch. Engine is getting a decent service too. Remap upto 140bhp is being done on Wednesday evening. Car is being wash/polished and hoovered out during the day on Wednesday. Pack up after the remap gets done. Everything will be ready to just load in the boot! :) Cant wait

Cheers Steven...

Got mine printed for the Touran!

What are we doing on the way home on Monday? Ross has suggested the Haynes museum?? Or there is the car museum at Coventry which is actually a few miles further south??

I'm taking the dog so i won't be visiting anywhere...straight up the road for me i'm afraid.

That sucks a bit! :( You can take the dog in the Museum! :) ??

Scratch that - i've just found the Haynes museum and its miles south!
