so friday evening at 8pm the strip down started....(after a 15 hour day at work)...i ploughed on though the night sanding and spraying..dedicated to get the thing finished....by 5am i was pretty much ruined..cans of paint fumes and physicaly foobard i called it a night..setting the alarm for 8am to continue

8am came round so after 3 hours sleep i was back on it...6 more panels to go and then the rebuild..

i finaly finished the last panel at 4.30 pm on saturday..:)...still wet and not even touch dry i left for the polo show not long after....praying insects not to stick to the wet panels haha.

and finally arrived at the polo show arround 9pm...and had a flippin ace weekend.

so there we go...one strip,prep and respray and rebuild in arround 17 hours....WIN

i also dropped the coilovers to the bumpstops and it flippin low now..clouted a few cats eyes on the way home but to the eye is looks quite high as the bumpers are quite shallow..:)

i also need to sort the issues with tyre scrub on the back...:(..

i was gna satin black it then fighter jet teeth down the side but i thaught the harliquin would make people laff..

i literaly had people hanging out their car windows taking pics and pointing and smiling on the way back from poloshow...(including a car full of damn tidy biathes hah)

ashi....duno if your intrested but i baught another set of new mk4 saloon headlight covers to replace mine as mine have a broken clip each side so i can pull em on and off easily(i broke them on purpose)..but I'm just gna stick with my existing ones now so duno if you wanted these new ones....if not il stick em on caddy forum
