are they even available?...did you juts go into you local vw dealer and find out??

yes i do know.. soon as golf is abit more sorted will give you a shout. sure the all reds are mexican spec for the classic.

agree about the orange tho.. wouldb a shame to lose that. I've also got a new set of black flatcaps for schmidts.

you can get arch extensions for the 6ks but i dont think they look right.

Yeah is good jon.. I've been in contact to tramont about golf bolts and inch wider inners for the front to make em 8's..:p and some new centre caps as I don't have any..:/

I've contacted tramont about gaskets, bolts and centre caps and they were very helpful! Not very good at english though lol! I love their website....very oldschool!

Guys the schmidts look wrong...:(... I've just fitted em and am extremely dissapointed.... Might be because it's sitting way to high or the fact I need spacers.... I don't know.. Just takin pics which I can look at and play with..I'm gna take em off again Saturday..need re think my plans.

here we go...now I've been looking at them for a while i think it looks poop because its so high..i could easily get it a inch lower on coilovers..but the adjuster rings in the way...maybe i should wip the helpers out and try that...

should look alot better once decked..and I've removed the little spacers from the front and put em on the back.....

going to have a play at the weekend and see what i can achieve..

I don't understand, the inside rim lip hits the adjuster rings?

Surely the rim lip is way above the rings? What are the offsets of the ML's?

offsets are prettly good..just going to space the rear about 5mm i think..see what its like once lowered down.

atm the inner lip on the wheel sits just under the bottom of the coilover adjuster ring.....so i carnt wind the coilovers down anymore as i wouldnt be able to put the rim back on..:(

going to take the hellpers out saturday i think..and see what happens as i did this on my mk2 and achieved the same lows but the coilover adjuster ring sat much higher....

Also thinking you need a bigger front splitter, even lowering the front an inch the bumper looks like it's going to sit high still? Would make the wheels look better IMO.

Are the valver bumpers taller? As they look it, I know there shorter.

Look ace! Ibiza splitter up front would IMO look shit hot! Don't think it needs to go down unless you need it lol it's a great stance!

keeping this splitter dude...i like how it goes up in the middle..put one on my old mk4 hatch..never seen another since..and it looked awsome just took alot of effort fitting it..

valver bumpers are completely different..its hardly even a polo..not even the indicators,grill,headlights are the same..its a seat cordoba bassically with a vw badge...

think it will be much better once low...

just ordered some rear camber shims too.:)

I think they look alright. But only alright. As you say, theres something thats not quite right.

One thing thats really distracting me in those pictures though and really clashing, the orange indicators. Something i normally prefer over clear ones. But i think this car 100% needs clear indy's

Edit, or smoked indy's could possibly even be better than clears.

Yeah I remember seeing it on a pic of your old green 6n, it did look good. Would be better if the front bumpers were a tad larger I reckon.
