nah wont rub... the et is 42... and they will have nice stretch so if anything i will need to space them lol and get my arches pulled and rolled for epicness!

but nah mate wasnt in st andrews I'm afraid been to kirkcaldy and glenrothes today thats about it :)

Nankangs look pretty bad stretched imo, the profile is really strange. only the sidewall stretches and not the tread pattern which makes it look quite weird!

yeah i agree with u there man.. i wish they made 175/40/16's would look that much better IMO none the less the nankangs are going to have to be the choice i make as there are no others that give it stretch to keep the lows :( apart from the 45's but not sure if i want them or not...

go for 45s dude! ;)

  • Author

think it would give them more of an edge dude?

the 40 is prob just overkill esp with the way sidewallls react on nankangs and 7.5j should help to take the edge off how aggressive the tyre wall looks

aye so that pics is 45 right? see I've now got 3 tyre choices :)

165/40

165/45

185/40

not to sure jsut yet but the 165/40 might be out the window tbh!

having 2nd thought on the wheels refurb choice... I'm thinknig of getting them powder coated white now... going to get one wheel done to see what i think!

i think polished still andy, i dont know if the white might kill them.

  • Author

think the choice is powder coated white then the face diamond cut :) should look braw :D

gonna be rude when done those mon!

but that stretch above that chrispy has posted look crrrrraazy! is that the tyre size you are going for?

  • Author

well I'm trying to get a hold of some 185/40's which my mate says he can so heres hoping if he can i will be running them but if not it will be 165/45's which are the ones chrispy posted above :) sexual... but scary lol

you have more cojones than me my friend for running stretch like that!

but will be uber sweet!

165-45 8-)
