I have just bought a 1997 Polo which has an alarm and immobiliser fitted. Does anyone know if this would have been standard or aftermarket as I only have one fob (picture to be added soon!) which has broken where it gets attached to a key ring so i have to keep it separate. I am trying to get another one in case i lose it but can't see any manufacturer names anywhere! Also, if I can't get a replacement fob does anyone know if it can be disabled?
