Hay I'm a noob with a mk3 and need advise!

Hay guys, I'm a french guy normally, love the mk1 clio's! some knob head crashed into and well their went my daily clio, so now i got a sexy lil mk2 / 3 polo its mk2 shape with NOT round headlights year is a 1991.

I have money for my clio project in the garage though this polo is gotta be cheap!

what I've done,

Cut the springs 2 coils, and fitted my Renault Turbines and they scrubbed on harder breaking! which pissed me off!

SO i have the steal wheel now in the boot on and love it so got another off a mate and need two more, (the steal with 5 triangular cut outs)

Their 4.5 inch wide,

What tyre size i need?

Where can i find more steal's of the same type?

And how much strech would i need for my turbiones to fit?

Also, there is play if i kick the wheel (from front of car to back of car) is that the track rod arm going?
