  • Author

hmmmm.

what do they look like on the front buddy?

as they are 15x8 et0 all round. haha

you have had arch work havnt you chrispy?

do you think i could pull it off then mate? with them being all round?

any one else got an pictures of a simaler setup?

front and back would be good.

cheers

et 22 up front and they sit well, infact i dont think they could sit much better and they have been rolled and pulled a tad much higher et and your gonna be fouling the point where the bumper meets the wing i reckon where they mount

bit blurred but youi will see what i mean front wheels gonna poke over 2cm more never gonna happen.....but prove me wrong

lookt at these equips too

et22 front 8s 185-45 et 20 rear 9s 195-45

this is prob a better interpretation on phils old polo, you see currently the rear pokes....well yours will poke 7mm more and have 33mm more inner clearance....they are gonna poke but to the point where the Et makes the wheels look far too spaced for their width, i dont like how mine sit on this basis and this is why i am rebuilding them inwards so the actual width is there not just a low offset to achieve the the wid elook if tyou get me!

its adark art offsets!

and thre fronts those are standard arches on phils so again look how well et22 sits

yea i see your point mate.

is ther know way i can get the backs machined down a bit?

this is the wheels I'm talking about.

cheers

i was gonna buy these but thought et 0 would be to much.

i think I'm gonna gamble and get them because there amazing wheels and i can pull it off then were onto a winner.

camber and 165/50s will have to do.

then ill get my arches rolled and pulled alot.

there just gonna poke like a mother fucker on thefront, haha

but ill see if i can get them machined down.

Could you not get smaller dishes for the front?

There not splits buddy.

very very very good looking fakes though. haha

Ah okay

That would be that idea out the window then

fuck that. they wont work. be a ball ache to fit them on the rear. and will just look plan and utter fucking stupid on the front.

have seen a set of these before and thought about getting them myself but et0 is gonna be a real struggle. your already running 15x8 with 195/45s am not sure even 165/50s with arch work would work. 165/50s on an 8 is gonna be insane, think your better off steering clear of these in my opinion.

on a more positive note though, what offsets was poundie running?? as he had mega arch work

what you think?

cheers

they are et0? well iam suprised! they do sit better than i thought actually!

mine are 15x8 et3 - so not far off, they still scrub a bit after arch work with 195s on, going 165 this year and that should clear it.

don't have a better pic sorry

do wish i got these now.

I'm gonna get 20mm spacers on the rear with about 2.5 nega camber. and 15mm on the fronts and get 165/45s all round

take the helpers out the fronts and lower the back about an inch

and then get the modernlines fully mirror polished

that should then make me happier

Side on shots of the ET0 would've been good too.

you willy. i told you they would fit! :ninja:
