I did the exact same thing to someone on here when they were messing me about with offers

I was selling some stub axle spacers for £30 posted and someone messaged me saying "would u tak £20". I offered to meet half way at £25 as postage was at least £15 with the weight of the spacers. Got a reply simply saying "£23 postd?" This pissed me off so I messaged back saying "Now it's £30 again."

Have your read the auction, that is the price of the courier, its actually 7.14 now with the VAT increase.

You cant buy a new one for 6.99, they are around 25 quid new from GSF or ECP.

I can post by royal mail but to be honest, ill just open a dispute and give you bad feedback instead,.

Saf, between intercoolers with square outlets and courier prices you're gonna end up having a heart attack! I don't bother with eBay anymore exactly for that reason. You either get scammers or wands buying your shit.
