I am having a big garage clearout have decided to sell my Borbet C lookalike wheels.

I used to have a set of these by many years ago on my MK1 Golf Gti they look the dogs on a Mk1 or Mk2 Golf, & on a Lupo & good on a Polo.

These are made by MBN exactly the same style made in Germany & are a good quality wheel.

The Size of the alloys 100 bolt pattern 4 stud 15 x 7 et 37 so VW friendly.

I have uploaded a pic of them on my Lupo Gti as I have used them as a spare set of winter wheels.

They look far better on a Mk1 Golf as i used to have set on my MK1 Campaign some years back & look good on Mk2 & Mk3 Golfs although you probably already know this.

I have uploaded the pic so at least this way you know they haven't come off an accident damaged car all the wheels run straight & true.

Be aware that my Lupo runs on KW Variant 1 coilovers so is wound down quite a bit in the pic.

Individual pics of each wheel are provided there are a couple of scrapes at the edge nothing serious as can only be expected, all the front faces are nice & clean as per pics taken today.

This could easily be improved with a silver touch up pen.

It's only really on one wheel which i always used on the front & 2 centre caps are required although these are pence off e bay or you could use your own.

The tyres are not the best treadwise all size 195 50 15

In my opinion 195 45 15 would be better but as i said these are a spare set so it didn't bother me & 195 50 15 is still a low profile.

If you were planning to keep to 195 50 15 2 need replacing or you could use your own.

Tyres fitted are Toyo Proxe 3.8mm

Firestone Firehawk 2.8mm

Nankang 2.8mm

Goodyear needs replacement & has a screw in it.

Legal limit is 1.6mm

PRICE AS THEY ARE £150.00

If you don't want to source your own or are on a budget then I can supply 2 as new Silverstone Sport Tyres that I bought new.

Size 195 50 15 tyres if you wanted to have them fitted for an additional fee

1 is at 8mm (new) the other just over 7mm.

These are not included in the price set or the courier fees thaey are available should you wish to purchase on top.

I won't split them they are offered as a gesture of good will otherwise I will keep them for myself.

I have used them as winter wheels but have far to many wheels so sadly they have to go.

At least you see them with tyres fitted so they are fine for rolling around on hold air & don't have any punctures.

I can courier them to you for 40.00

If you aren't local, but are still able to collect. I am 2 mins from juct 29 M6 easily reached by M61 junction 9 & again I am 2 mins from end of M65 Preston.

Any questions get in touch & happy to help genuine enquiries
