yeah mate I think they are still attached to the boot... But if I'm completely honest with you I can't remember if they worked like they should do or not... E.g I don't think they go up automatically when u pull the boot up, but I'm sure they made it stay up though when it was completely open because I had the boot open when I was breaking it! Lol :)
