please can you help? I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to tyres.

i bought the banded old skool wellers on here 2 have tyres but i am able to get some brand new ones for cheap trouble is the not the same sizes, what i need to know is, the wellers are banded so measure 8x13 and the tyres i can get are a 165/55/13 are these going to be ok, its on standered suspension at the mo but will getting coilovers in a month or so, so it will be getting lowered.
