Jeez, he seemed genuine! I would have been unfortunate enough to have bought them too had I got the money.

Sorry to here about this though! Hopefully it gets sorted, you never know might be an actual mistake.

Thats all well and good but for the person that payed straight into the bank account he must have been given a name for the account. Seems a lot of effort to create a new bank account with someone elses details to nic like 50 quid or how ever much they took off them.. Whatever happens this can't end well for the scammer as scamming on a public forum will obviously be made public haha so it'd be a lot better for them to just refund the money then f*ck off lol.

its me who paid into the bank! lol and yeh i hav his name and details

This is from autobahn25, member for a while? like 2 months :/

i payed into his bank to, so i have his details

whats happened blows but at least we still have are dubs

smells fishy m111lnb I suggest you look into it too as I'm holding the owner of M111LNB responsible until I know otherwise, and even when I get my money back I hold a grudge...

LOL I've paid this wank stain £200 on sunday....and then I email n email n eventually his inbox is full, ah well, I'll jus file a dispute on paypal, and maybe this new milanmk4 could tell me what's going on..

Ugh.. i bought a bonnet bra off him the other day..

oh well, paypal dispute unless he doesn't get in touch!

WTFFFF :(:(:(

"We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly."

shit. £200 gone...now what

well just done some investigating into this, both milanmk4 and M111LNB post from the same IP address, so epic fail there.

And if you have never registered on this forum, how come if i check the previous posts on the account "milanmk4" which you say is a shonky account we see pictures of your car selling items off it?

I've seen some scammers in my time and the way in which the shonky account replies is far too informative and personal to be a scammer.

Only my findings and advice, but i advise everyone who has been scammed to contact the police, can anyone involved please pass me on the payment name and all details given and i will do some more investigating.

Sick of this happening now, people need to get a fuckin real job.

Dude you gifted this to him didnt you?????

Let that be one harsh lesson to people....never gift them funds.....even if they ask, simply if the item is worth it pay the extra 4% to cover their fees, at least this way if they end up being scammers you have a legit and comprehensive dispute with payapl that will lean in your favor

Edited by Monkey-man

if you paid for it by credit card via paypal, then ring your bank and say it was fraudulent and you never authorised it, they will just pull it back from paypal (i think)

ah man :(, alrite ill ring the bank tomorrow and see, but i did authorise it looool, but it is fraud... :$

Guys i've been here before and we sorted it out.. You need one person to call the police and get them to start an investigation, then they'll give you a crime investigation reference. Then get everyone who has been scammed by this guy to ring the police and ask to be added to the investigation. If you don't do this and contact your local police and report it individually they'll do fuck all. Need to get everyone on one investigation. Then you'll need to send a final demand letter with a deadline for the item or refund stating all the information ie purchase date, emails from seller etc. Then if nothing happens before that deadline contact the police again with a copy of the letter with proof of delivery to the seller and then they will have to get involved. So whoever knows the address should pm it to everyone involved..

sounds over the top but it's the only way you'll get your money back without getting a criminal record for making a "visit"

oh come on i wont be as stupid as him and ill go in another car ;)

^ :lol::lol::lol: Nice one....

Its not really a problem. The guys that have paid it direct into his bank account have all the information we need. His name is linked to his bank account, so when you've sent money to his account, it'll come up as to who the account belongs to me. (With natwest anyway) But yeh, someone file a police report, and everyone add their names to it, and you'll get your cash back. Just abit of hassle.

Can't believe I've sent this guy £60 for a bumper. How naive of me! Hopefully it will turn up or my money will be refunded- if not I may have to pay him a visit to discuss the matter.

isnt him? did you mention that his brother/cousin kyle is also on the case? and the ip addresses he posted from are both the same? jesus some people are so retarded!

right guys I've cleaned this thread up, please remember that he can view everything you are saying.

all that have been scammed please get a list going

for example:

username - item bought - date - payment method - cost
