Why dont you lot who have been scammed, look at his friends on facebook, add them up then try an investigate his address through them?

Just a thought as i have been victim of a scam on a forum in which i send someone my item and then had to pay for the item aswell. It sucks i feel for you guys!

Not hard to get his address, we have his reg plate, just need to put a request in with the dvla and I could have it in a week. However, in my experience people like this have already spent thier 'takings' on smack, panda pops and wagon wheels so it's best to recover the money through paypal/credit card and then roll his car on it's roof.

For the record 'roll his car on it's roof' is a figure of speech meaning to go have a quiet word over a pint...

well i have done my investigating and i can confirm he is a scammer, and it is him, the bank account is in his name.

So his attempt to come and get out of it has only fuelled the fire, i will wait for a reply from him, you all need to go to the police tho, anyone who needs details to do this (those above) please pm me as i have a file with all the important information (please include email address)

right people, the police have been contacted, and they said that everyone has to do it individually, buh ill find out from the guy whos gna give me a call in about 72 hours :), ill update you lot soon :)

people, they have given me the crime reference number, but they said they needed proof that this guy is a fraudster, and that everyone needed to contact the police individually, but i dont know if u can be added to the investigation, its 4354 in surrey anyway if anyone wants it
