All mk3 heads are interchangeable. You just need a G40 head for a G40 engine, the rest can be swapped.

what is the difference between the ABD cam and a gt cam, plus are you sure its a GT head? caan you post up a pic of it please.

defo a gt head, the ABD cam is more mild than the GT so less power but the cam is just thrown in for free as i'm selling the head ideally for someone to mess with to build a big power motor with sacrificing their own
