Pic of the battery tray and progess my battery tray was pretty much fucked on mine too I put some alloy sheet in and some sealer riveted it in it worked a treat :)

wickid mate, whats the code for that golf lump? never seen a 1.3 golf lump before. Is it the same block as the 1.3 polo used? cant be a long stroke tall block surely?

How much power you recon then with the webber?

i should be but not in this..:(.. note a hope in hell tbh... engine is still not done,suspension isnt here and needs the welding and mot..:(

its ok though as il be in my polo saloon... which if i get enuff time will get a DOPE makeover.. and be revealed saturday night wen i arrive...but i fear a whole friday night and saturday morning shall be spent in the garage...YES

inner wing section arrived so i can get welding at the weekend...

still no lowering kit....nearly two weeks..no doubt i shal be on the phone tomorrow asking where the fu*k it is..grrrr

and shall be ordering bits for the tramonts this weekend too..

i think i shall be bringing this to edition38 if i do go and am not on holiday and shall enter it into show and shine...

the local guy round here who does dents is on of the best..even bodyshops use him and has serious skills....so basicaly gna call him round and see how many dents he can remove..fingers crossed most of them but there isnt many...then going from there into the body shop maybe for a little paint of it requires it.

then get the tramonts all rebuilt and fitted and the lowering kit on...also paint bits here and there...wet vac the interior and get myself a little steering wheel.

the g60's are on it atm and ther look damn good for daily use..:)
