mk4 polo 1.4 8v openair

i just bought a mk4 polo 1.4 8v openair and just need a few bits and bobs sorted to make it perfect :) so any help would be appreciated

1. Roof doesn't open, unscrewed the motor and can hear a tick noise when i press electric roof button but nothing moves, i presume this is just as simple as replacing the motor?

2. Passenger side electric window doesn't go down, it moves a tiny bit and i can hear the motor turning but glass doesn't move more than an inch, is this as simple as a pin missing or come off the runners? and if it is, how do i do this?

3. The headlights, when i have lights on normally they're on high beam and when i flick the high beam switch they go to normal beam....... wiring problem or just switch bulbs?

4. electric mirrors don't work what so ever........
