must admit the bay looks pretty cool and the exhaust looks fucking bang on. still not a fan of the outside credit where credits due

I'm really not a fan of rat cars personally think they are such a waste of good polos

although looking at the photos of the bodywork you have done (the first lot when the car is black) I think it looks kinda like a chevette. Its cool like that, do it up repaint it in black or white and get rid of all the rat tack n give it a retro look rally style adverts over it and you will have a seriousy awesome polo :)

Alot of arguments about the car, meaning he's got it noticed Love seeing different stuff like this, wouldn't do it to my own, but still looks sick I dread to think how much the zaust manifold cost!

Hate to open a weeping wound here, but I've just seen this:

Even though I approached with an open mind, I still can't fathom the reasoning behind the rat look, especially cars that have been purposedly rusted. I'm sure it's a period history will not look favourably on.

i love this thread and i love this car, if this was my car i wouldnt give a shit what people on here say, tbh this forum is not really much of an influence on the vw scene and the only time you hear about it on other forms is when people are slagging it off for being full of bitchy boys, dont get me wrong this is a good forum but it is full of hate. everyone can express there opinion on a contreversial car and if you dont like it say so, if you like it say so. but dont argue with each other for liking it or saying they dont like it. at the end of the day this car is probably going to become well known and pretty popular in the vw scene, maybe not the club polo world but you probably should be expecting to see this around alot. and in that case he has acheived what most of you are being hypocritical about saying oh he just wants people to notice his car. because if theres anything wrong with that then go post on every topic in the gallerys? showing off cars and what work your proud of doing to them is what the members gallery is about so its kinda bad to say oh he just wants people to notice his car because at the end of the day dont we all want our cars to be recognised ? wether its for being the most over the top car youve ever seen or the mintest oem machine around.

i know this has been ressurected again but i want to be updated on this car and felt like a rant as i cant sleep -.-

Well firstly appolgies for bumping this thread up but theres been a major update!

Mr Blower (ratta) has told me it will be finished by next weekend hopefully!

I remember someone doing a mk2 polo pickup conversion a while back and that looked pretty good.

I have no doubt that this will look like a crock of shite.
