i did write out a reply to that last night tobes mentioning Kiz and yoofs build threads (i know there's many other very interesting build threads on here but those two do stand out) but then i realised that i'd probably be pissing into the wind

and that loon is just as illegal as this one

it didnt come naturally, but the more i saw this car the more i liked it.

after a few pages i tended to skip the comments and just look at pictures.

i found it more enjoyable watching the build that way

my only critisism is the way the rear number plate fixed to the car, before the back was chopped. Thats it!

I've never understood why people have a to feel like this is a personal stab at them, I guarantee everyone who hate this have modified their cars and put personal touches to their cars, this is exactly what he's done it's just a bit different than norm but it's good to see cars being pushed no matter what,

I think what would make this car for me would be if it had the edge of the arch fitted up to the contour line would look beefy as fuck(can sketch up the idea if he's interested :p) ! And spray the whole thing satin gunmetal!! Lovin the idea of the sideskirts too :) oh and sand down the rust and cover it in diesel I should be building this I think haha

Tobe look at how the middle part of the wheel is sitting in line with the original arch, now think about how much space you have from the front face of the rear drum to the arch lip on a normal arched mk3, its gotta be about 4-5" you can't tell me that the center part of those wheels is 4" in thickness

I'm gonna take a whole stab in the dark here and guess that the offset of them was so wrong that he had to fit massive spacers so the inside of the wheel wouldn't hit the shock.

Think Guy is right, there is spacers on front and rear, but not sure if its because the offset was way out or not, haven't spoken to blower in a while!

to be quite honest i do like this.

Dont get me wrong its defo a marmite kinda thing and personaly i wouldnt drive it as i like the 'polished just out of the showroom, clean look'

But I'm going to gues that this bloke made this to get people talking and from what i can see, people are doing just that :-)

I love this! Credit for doing something different, unlike most people on here. It seems that people on here aint interested in your car unless its a stupidly low 6n/6n2 on coilovers or a MK3 on ATS classics. Its good to see people with some imagination!
