its something different, on a forum where people seem to lower a car 60mm and put some wheels on it.

then change the wheels.

and change the wheels again.

It's something new in a scene that seems to be stuck on repeat.

Was this aimed at me?

Although, I do like this car, also saw it on RTTS - I'm not saying, "change the scene, everything should be like this". It's all down to personal preference and opinion. Some will like, some will hate.

If everything was the same, it'd be boring.

Chris 1300 may 'just' have a lowered golf: it's his daily motor. Something to play with and to get him from A-B. (unless theres speedbumps) But he likes it so who cares.

By all means, I have a lowered polo on ATS classics but it's my first car. I love it. Some won't.

I like some aspects of the car and then i hate other parts of it. Not a fan of the rust, the rear bootlid is terrible and the arches should have some sort of slope to them as they just stick awkwardly out of a random point on the bodywork.

I like the front it looks mean and the wheels look so nice.

If this had been my car i would have gone for: a bright colour; JDM riveted arches in black to accomodate the pimpy wheels; tinted front lights (as they are); keep the exhuast as it is (different but looks cool on that car); sort the bumper (more OEM than string and magic holding it together); keep the badboy bonnet (minus rust and cracks in joint); kept the windows; and done something special with the engine/bay.

If i could photoshop i'd explain better as the above might sound gash lol.

Each to their own though. Some parts of this i think are decent and other bits just no.

*** on further inspection although wheels are beautiful on their own i don't think they could work. Width offset on the front is nuts and the rears would have to be spaced which is just getting beyond the realms of anyones dreams. Bagsy not reverse park this sucka!!

Lol they are both his cars!

i know they are both owned by the same person. my point is he was saying that every one else has modded their cars with the same mods as each other making them all look a like. While at the same time defending a polo that has so many mods copied from the rocco it makes it look very much a-like.
