well what a surprise i couldnt collect it tonight....

apparently he got the first layer of primer on and found a couple more bits that needed some attention, so paint goes on monday night now...

went over tonight ready to have some words  and he wasnt there! the car should have been ready by now but he had buggered off and left it in satin blue which must be an undercoat for some reason?

I think that's to seal it to stop anything underneath reacting with the new paint... I've seen Chris do that before... Makes sense if he doesn't want it to react! I'll let you know the score tomorrow!

Oh and it looks ace satin blue, but that's not the point... haha.

thats exactly what i thought haha

Nah I seriously think that's just to seal it off, if the paint underneath has been polished alot it might react so that will stop it!

Home stretch......

Just had a read :unibrow:

All good, apart from the Paintwork section

'Either pick an obscure colour like craig did or go for a satin finish - it requires less prep work'

Talking out of there arse me thinks lol

I get very touchy on that subject  haha

What an awsome read that was !! Great built ... i love it ;)
