I just want to know what they are like to fit and how they adjust the camber before buying some. I'd prefer some non adjustable ones if they existed.

yeh they have done a spot on job! tbh i even think they repaired some of the kerbing because they were pretty fooked tbh and now they look perfect!

I fished out those bias valves I have. Turns out they've seized up. I'm not happy selling in that condition so until I can get them sorted i'llnhave to withdraw my offer of sale. Sorry boss

hmm, thats interesting but i still dont have a clue which i need :)

The proportioning valves, there are 3 there at the bottom. These help to set the bias from front to rear. You want less braking force at the rear to avoid locking up under harsh braking, thus resulting in you switching ends! Brake bias is usually 70/30 front/back iirc

Your free to put it where you like, so long as you can get the brake pipes to it. But usually they are put in the cabin somewhere. I cant see why they couldn't be fitted outside though. I'd probably want to protect it from the worst of the elements though somehow

ime not sure how it could be easily fitted into the cabin without it being a massive arse to do and would end up looking messy!

i think i may just keep an eye out for the g40/gt one

Aye, thats what I thought. Would mean bringing the brake lines into the cab. I'll look at those ones I have again next weekend and see if i can free one up. If i can, and I'm happy to sell, then I'll let you know

is it really that dangerous to run without run though?

I'm not too sure tbh having not run my set up yet. What front brakes are you using? i certainly wouldn't risk it running standard sized brakes (and that includes VWII). 256mm up front with sticky pads and cheapy pads up back might help to offset the difference. But with all the weight up front, it'll be easy to lock the rears up imo

stupidly i only tryed them on the rear and assumed that seens as they came off a polo it wouldnt be a problem...

it appears they dont clear g40 calipers :(
