does anyone need anything from a 1litre mk2 engine ? only things missing are gearbox, inlet manifold and carb (can supply iffy carb without manifold if needed lol) and also no loom as it is still in the car (engine was taken out to replace with a 1.3). everything else is intact.

also these mk3 rear lights may be for sale if anyone is interested as i need the money £30+ P+P

Does it allow the button to be fitted, just upside down, therefore turning it through 90 degs?

it is one of the ones that Phil used to sell, made of fibreglass and is unpainted. I'm unsure whether you could still fit the button, i think with some slight modifying it could be done but I've never tried it.

just had a little sort out and found a few more bits:

black stick on vinyl that goes behind the rear numberplate on a mk3 GT/G40, brand new - £10

"grayston" 32mm spacers and extension bolts, light use - £15

leather 5 speed gearknob - £4

NOS mirror blanks, both sides. drivers side never used, great if not perfect condition - £15

VW fox/G60 style centre caps, the ones that are black plastic domes with a "saucer" around the edge, set of 4, one is brand new - £10

also dome style centre caps with no "saucer" around the edge, set of 4 - £10

top hat alloy adaptor to fit a cone filter to a golf mk2 Gti AFM, i think these are fairly hard to get old of. i used it on my GT when it was fitted with the golf AFM and it was fine, slightly polished and great condition - £15
