new ppp manifold is on its way+it goes in tomoz for a new custom made exhaust (i want a bigger bore pipe rather than a standard size pipe with a back box)

costing me loads as the manifold is £360 and the new exhaust it £390

just spent 6 hours trying to fit my new ppp manifold wich was a MEGA bitch to do, i need new engine bolt studs and it should all go together well! pics of the new manifold on will be up shortyly!

It's all going to be sorted at some point,I want to do the main bits first, pretty much everything to get it to the power apart from boost return mod, I have a massive folder full of receipts, I'm not to clued up on the g40 mods lol,the car is in the garage at the moment as I've

Just snapped a manifold bolt off and it's still in the head!!! I do honestly feel strange without the car, I work for VW and do a bit of driving but all the cars feel slow and not very fun lol

PROGRESS: just bought a rear brake disc conversion,some all red rear lights,

the car is currently in a garage having the block removed to get the stud out of the engine,

its having

cambelt

water pump

head gasket

rocker gasket

heads bolts

new dizzie

ht leads

bosch w5dp0 plugs

oil/filter change

temp sensor (nout wrong the one thats on there lol)

so its having another load of work done to it to get it back on the road BUT EVEN BETTER!

I'm missing the car loads but I'm sooo looking forward to geting it back

next on the list after this lot is a new smaller pulley and toothed belts and pullys just so i know what i have done to it, i do know it has a smaller pully but I'm going to renew the current ones.

I'm also going to retrim my dash in black suede

going to take it around castle coomb soon and a run what you brung day at the pod too.

(in the pictures is a little dirty as I've trecked to the forest of dean) all thats left to do now is a retrim, i sourced the products i want to use and know were i need to get them from so thats the next purchase (apart from the audio, nothing special tho) only cost me £400 to get it back to wich isnt to bad i think for the amount of work thats involved.

I have only just put all the rear interior back in to, all 55kg of it!!

Near cross keys pub, the G had no interior in when I bought it but it was too loud for me (even tho it's loud anyway)

So I put it all back in, think I might remove it again tho and make everything look neat inside, still not sure tho!
