Has anyone got pics of a mk2f/3 saloon lowered on 14's?

heres mine which i think is pretty much standard...

i've just bought one and the exhaust seems too low in the middle to be able to lower it too much......bought some 14" steelies whick will have stretched tyres on.... but i want to see how low you can go?

Looks like a tidy example. A lot of them seem to be cropping up without much rust or anything on theme.

Here's mine..

You can get away with 13's but the exhaust will catch bad at the middle/flexi .. on my 14" steels there is no catching at all.

I find the back sits a little too low on mine so really coilovers is the answer to nail the stance / bottoming out ratio.

well i've got 14" g60 style wheels which i need stretched tyres on....and i'ts got a phil j shock n spring set on 60/60 i think.....(there's one notch left on the rear shocks.....

i just want it low! it's worth keeping the engine's only got 67k on! and it's my first saloon :lol: i love it!!

any idea where i can find rear bumpers?

That looks a nice wee Loon, dignified colour and smooth looking. :nod:

mines a bit 4x4 on 15s with 195s and standard ride height but its my daily so need it bit practical too.

Heres mine lowered 70mm front with jamex springs and phil j shocks and phil j springs and shocks on the 5th notch on the back sits real well
