Looks alright, stuff buying a console just to play it though that's what friends are for!

Its not asif you will just have that game for it either, you are bound to buy more

Also, its good for i-player n whatnot on the TV rather than on the PC

blu ray is good and part of the reasion i bought the ps3.

at the time blu ray players were 500 quid where as the ps3 was £350....no brainer really

After recently going from a xbox 360 to a ps3 i have realised that forza is still much better

I mean the mids you can do in Forza are awesome, you can slam cars and put deep dishes on. I really dont think GT5 will do this.

When forza 4 comes out i reckon it will be so much better than gt5

Anyway i am kind of looking forward to gran turismo 5 only for the shear aomunt of cars there are.

i just hope the on-line mode is setup so ill only be racing against over steering wheel users as controllers get an unfair control advantage and are gay!!!!

controllers get an advantage? I've found once you get used to using a steering wheel you can drive a hell of a lot quicker, just generally able to be a lot smoother and precise

I disagree, I've been using a controller since the 1st one, And I'm considered amazing compared to my friends, But when i use a wheel, Bam, I'm slow..

Obviously haven't had enough practice with the wheel yet :p

You cant even change rim size in gt4

Hopefully the car modificaion will be better in GT5 cos i liked it in forza 2. GT4 only allowed you to add a spoiler and chage the wheels and obviously make the faster. I think thta was more to do with the limitations of the PS2 system. The PS3 has a hard drive so obviously the game can be made larger than one disc.

the only customizing was really in gt3, where what ever was in your garage, you could run the wheels of on your car i think its gt3 anyway.

still waiting for a release date, should have been out this week, booked the week off work too, still having it though (got 4 more days left till christmas)

Yeah November 5th wasn't it? I am gonna get a ps3 before christmas whether this game comes out or not. There hasn't been a new date set for its release which is worrying!

To be honest i dont think they will be making changes to the game now because they will have put all of the games on to the Blu Ray disks by now so most probably wont be able to make changes. they're probably delaying it to build up the anticipation and advertise a bit more.

The can make any amount of changes to the game after release, it just updates online. Including adding cars, tracks etc.

Just got a PS3 from carphone warehouse free with a new contract picked up prologue to get into the swing of things :-)
