I'm lucky my missus loves my car and she doesnt mind me spending money because she says I'm imporving it

Shes also awesome at design and craft stuff the other week she even retrimmed my headling for me and when we realised that we used rubbishy glue and it sagged her responce was ah well we can do it again with better stuff if you want

Never met her,but you get the impression Dirrt does seem a fun character.

My fiance's been great with her attitude to the MK2. She knows i like it (many consider it to be like my baby but a car is a car,they're all crap) and that i built it to enjoy,but even though she's impressed with how well it shifts,she doesn't appreciate me driving like a prick when she's in it because it is all a bit much for her.

Which is fair enough. Hey she drives a 207 SW, after all.
