They're PSA engines I thought? Cooper S is anyway. Actually, Cooper D is too.

The original 'new' Mini used Chrysler engines which were effectively scaled down to 1.6.

New generation of engines in the facelifted cars is no doubt different. Hopefully anyway.

The Clubman was called that because it's the only name BMW had access to.

BMW brought all rights to Mini off rover I thought including names and designs?

A long list of special edition names I'm sure they have access too they have already brought out ones called the parklane, sidewalk, checkmate and mini 50.

Looks like they have now copyed the front bumper/vents off some new renaults
