Ebay, i know a guy on there and he sorts me out with decent prices :) nope no air-con, you probably will have a problem because you have all the air-con pipes around there..you could always just make a kit around the pipes..post a pic of your engine bay!

Sorry took me so long to reply to people been a made few weeks!

The pipes are from a guy called MrSilicon on ebay search that and it will bring up his online shop..

This is what i have been doing at work lol

Been doing a lot of engine drop outs at work, that time of year when everything breaks, this range blew up and the owner just spent £4000 on a new engine from range! lol

I did indeed dude but to be honest all of that is changing, i ran some numbers and worked out how far it should be away from the butterfly to allow it to mix and distribute efficiently!

bottom pic is an M5 :p

top pic is a smashed socket and a snapped bolt

Quite sure thats the bolt that holds the hub and drive shaft ect on. Quite worrying that when I took my driver side one off to replace the CV joint boot, it was only hand tight!

can you tell me did you put fogger nozzle on silicon ??

so where will you put foger

  • Author

Yea snapped the CV joint over heated and welded the bolt the hub when I tried to gun it off snapped the socket! The snap on man was not impressed lol

Indeed it is an M5 took it out while I was a work, I got so excited it excited me as much as the ariel atom lol

To reply to petar001:

The fogger now is in the silicon pipe but its too close to the butterfly that's what caused it to blow the inlet manifold, I'm going to customise it to the metal pipe so its all 1 piece so its the right distance and angle..when I have done it I will post up some pictures..

I have a new project going on at the mo, TT 1.8T rear wheel drive and we planning a 100 shot, going to use the nitrous to spool up the daddy turbo we are using, going to be crazy!

Thanks mate to be 100% honest i couldn't tell you, yes it is just plug and play but whether there will be any difference i couldn't tell you i doubt there would be because the 1.0l can't flow that much air!..

Quick update ladies and gents..

The gearbox finally gave up i recon i got a week left on it this will be the second box in 2 years, the differential just can't handle it, so until i can find a replacement that wont die on me nitrous will have to wait, i want to get it ready for summer so if anyone has any information on whether the newer golf AHW gearboxes will fit and can be converted to manual clutch..

So recovered from my operation! :(

IMG00206-20110524-1920.jpg

Finally managed to get the Polo back on the road..

£300 got me a full gearbox rebuild and a few uprated little bits lol

Comes with a year warranty too so I'm happy!

Feels good to have her back, going to spend the next couple months getting her ready for Santa pod! :)

Torque of the devil shut down so i am looking for a new Nitrous filling station if anyone know of somewhere in the London area
