Ha, bond bug, cool. Worth a lot these days for what they are (ie, not a lot).

I thought tonight's was pretty good. Don't really care for the celebrity laps anymore though.

The Kia Ceed is a pile of crap. I know that's the aim, but still. I quite enjoyed tonight as it included a challenge - my favourite part of Top Gear now. Nothing will top the first American one though - being chased by Rednecks was pretty unbeatable!!

lm surprised the turbo on the sierra had any life in it although clarkson did comment on the smell!

I wouldnt of driven the M5 after finding out it was so badly bodged together!

He didnt much - the stig did though  loved hammonds face when hes in the passenger seat.

I will admit - the german version of our AA/RAC is one of the BEST things I've seen - when can we have it in this country?!?!

Love the autobahn though. I will go along it one day!

Wasnt too bad,

Didnt feel the same to the 1st one,

May and putting it into reverse instead of 1st was funny :),

It was funny when the German guy did it and said "what iz wrong with this car??"

Theres a group of enthusiasts around here, the one i was in has only been on the road a week  the other 4 are due in the next 4 months, he wouldnt tell me what the engine was but it did 70 far too easily on short straights, on the long straight (about 2miles) it maxed out the stock speedo (90) with out a sweat and the BMW we overtook spent a while trying to catch up. so we must have been doing a fair bit.

I knew of one with a GSXR or Hayabusa engine and what looked like a widened rear track, or at leats just wide rear wheels..

Same, i just cant be asked to watch the celeb laps.

  • 2 weeks later...

Tonights was pretty good! Anyone notice the old Camper van and brand new Transporter in some of the shots? Was it some kind of joke?

unless it is a decent celebrity i know of :ninja: i just dont bother with the laps lol!!

This challenge was so predictable as always,

Oh..... a cliff and stupidly clarkson bodged camper, what could happen?

i actually laughed out loud for probably the 1st time ever at top gear. although then it decended into its usual nonesence. where 'funny' makes way for 'silly'

transporters are the crews to carry all the camera stuff i think. but ye i saw a few of the old campers as well, they must have put them in for a joke i think.

Yeah I noticed the baby blue campervan that was always around

I did  a few times throughout tonights show, Andy Garcia nearly running down the Stig

jeremys grand design toppling over on the motorway would have been good, not for other motorists clearly

its predictable, but still enjoy watching it

I've camped at that site in Polzeath (claim to fame ).

i must admit clarkson camper swaying around was funny, how they can get away with such a contraption on the highways is unbelievable

i was in tears at hammonds creation

I've excepted Top Gear for what it is now, and find it hilarious.

last night episode was funny as fuck, couldnt stop laughin at jeremy high top citreon :D

Last nights was amazing best in a while.

Theres abit at the start for car fans then the rest is bloody comical.

Loves the moment a lorry went past clarkson "AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" with May and Hammond laughing at him :)

Meh.

Its good but they are just three old men arguing and get a little bitchy sometimes.

Still watch it though...

I enjoy it but I wish it had more car stuff, I mean some of the cinematography that they have is beautiful, but instead we get 45 minutes (admitadly pretty funny) of caravans.

I'm not saying get rid of it but just even it up a bit, maybe half and half.
