really struggling with 6n2 steering wheel

hi,

the wiper staulk is needing replacing on my 6n2 but cant get the steering wheel off, i know its a comon problem i have disconnected the battery and tryed playing with those little clips in the holes at the back of the wheel but cant seem to get anywhere, please help
