Rules on headlight reflection?

I recently bought some clear indicators which I refurbed by spraying the insides with enamel 'chrome' spray. Now, we all know it's nothing like chrome, more just a dull silver. However, I really like the dull look and the indicators still seem to be bright enough and the 'chrome' paint job does reflect.

I'm wondering if I did the same to my headlights, would there be an issue with police/MOT? I'm not sure what the rules are on how reflective the inside of a headlight should be?
