TVR of some shape?

I thought that but I don't think TVR's have ever been sold in America..

It looks like possibly some General Motors thing...

Not a TVR.. :)

I thought that but I don't think TVR's have ever been sold in America..

John Travolta (sp?) was nailing around in a tuscan (i think it was a tuscan anyway) in the film swordfish

I doubt they sold many though

Or maybe I've just simply been sucked into the mindset that what happens in films actually happens in real life, and that big shot American terrorists drive British *read russian* sports cars???

That is a tough one, I used to live in the US but i dont recognise that thing at all.

Is it a Fiero based kit car?

Dunno man, I've been keeping track of TVR since that disastrous Russian teenager buyout, there are plans to bring a new model into production with an American engine so they can sell them over there.. some might have been imported and used for films etc but I doubt they ever had a dealership connection over there..

Shame though, they were/are an awesome company, I think you can still see fibreglass body parts stacked up outside their old factory :(

Not a kit car.. and its british make.. :)

Its a Jensen GT! :)

Is it the coupe, the Cabriot or the mega rare shooting break bodied by Parkward?

I'd say 1972 Jensen-Healey Cabriolet - at a guess

well done Mr 1600i
