Not a Lotus,it looks blatantly fibreglass though. Under the red paint,that is.

^^ Yeah,they're not Rover lights but i think it has a bit of a british kit-car look about it. Not sure if id have found it easy to determine a nationality with this one,it just doesn't seem to wave a flag. Russia's,maybe..
