polo 1.3 1995

selling my 1995 1.3cl polo i believe it needs a water pump its running fine but need an expert opinion it has no tax or mot i didnt bother doin it becos i was guna keep it but now have a van which is cheaper for me on insurance.it has done 109,000 miles three owners i have a full service history including reciepts for everything that has bin bought for it within the past 4 years including an exchaust and regular bits required for servicing the car, would anyone be able to tell me how much it is worth in its current condition please that would be much appreicated also i live in southampton
