Changing oil / filter on my wife's 2006 Polo

OK I am a complete novice compared with you guys so forgive my ignorance.

I have the oil - Mobil 1 5/30

I have the filter - a strange paper affair, not like the cartridges I am used to.

Where is the filter located? Do I take off the existing one - without using the screwdriver!! How do I get the paper cardridge in?

Do I need a drain plug tool?

Any help would be grefully recieved
