well that would help on the washer bottle but not on the coolant tank, as you cant see the level by looking inside...so as much as i appreciate your extreme line of thought, I'm sure you understood my real question rather than the blatant obviousness of it lol

it's pretty obvious if you have enough water in your system when looking into the expansion bottle. Which is good because a lot of them are so discoloured you can't see the levels any way
