Help big problems with a new polo

Featured Replies

Help please...

I've got a new polo 59 plate 1.2 manual with 3000 miles on the clock. Came home on the m69 doing 70mph last night and heard a bang, then the engine started revving and the car lost drive, pulled over to the hard shoulder and tried to select a gear and got nothing. The engine appears fine but both the clutch, brake and accelerator vibrated quite badly when the engine was running. No oil or fluid appeared to be leaking and the car would roll. VW assist managed to get me back to Birmingham at 2am. Its gone into Birmingham VW now but I want to know if anyone has heard of this sort of problem before.
