Very interested in the seats as well, are the rears the split version or one piece backs.

Seats in mine are not too bad but drivers seat has a strange wear pattern, like someone was wearing a wire wool pad over their right arse cheek!

Not to worry about getting stuff to me in Scotland, I have a method of getting stuff shifted through another forum (much bigger cars) and one of my buds lives in York and can store stuff for me.

right checked bits today, wheels are alright condition, usual scuffs on the fronts on the rim, but that is it

tyres are 185/60/13 2 are nearly duff, and others have a bit of life but nothing to get excited about

Arse, I missed that last post and I've just agreed to buy a set with a split rear bench, sorry man for fcuking you about.

Anyhoo, just so you know. All this stuff is for a RHD Polo in Scotland. I used to live there before moving and go back and visit my son every other month. The polo did belong to him, now it's his partners and I do all the work required. The split rear will be so much better for her, means she can get the pram in and still have a rear seat for her pals.

As for collection, that would have been no problem. Another forum I'm a member of does that sort of thing all the time up and down the country, good system cos it's all free!!!!

You never did get back to me about the 5 speed gearbox... what was the code, ideally I'm looking for AYZ. Is that still for sale?

box went with the engine, seats now sold!

I need a door lock pin and maybe the passenger mirror if you still have it and it is internally adjustable.

And maybe the washer bottle and expansion tank if they are not too crispy cream!!

How much for the car radio (if it has the original one, unless it wouldnt work cause of the code needed? :S) - also the pins that hold the boot cover in place, and the pins that hold the glove box door on? (at the hinges) Cheers
