Yes you can have coilovers on at the same height as standard, but not sure if they would give much difference with cornering if they are the same height. Not sure on the insurance side though, as even though it is a modification, it can also technically be classed as a replacement.

Thanks NE Polo, having your advice and speaking to PhilJ in p2p I decided to go the anti roll bar route because I do not want lowering at this stage, just less roll. 1.4 16v 98 6n. Do I buy rear or front or both needed?

Honestly, I'm not sure. I just have the front one (to be fitted next weekend), mainly because I never knew there was a rear one go for the front one for now and see how it goes. They arn't hard to fit.

Give us a few months and I might be able to sort some ARBs for the 6n/6n2. Will update here if/when.

Damunk, as per pm, since your car is a 16v and lowered a tad already some uprated shocks will do the trick.

what is the height range these sit at? I'm currently dropped 50mm and dont think i'd get away with too much lower with my wheels. and how long does postage take?

No you need the 6n2 coilovers for the 6k2 chassis.

I know you've had to repeat yourself quite alot, however is there no way you could order the black ones again? or have they stopped making them? was looking to replace my JOM ones with the black ones as they go much lower and nicer build imo lol.
