Sit it on a pallet, get one each side of it and it's easy.

Good way to drag and engine if you don't really care about the ground your dragging it on is get a old steel wheel, put it face down and put the engine into it. Wrap a tow rope around where the tyre would normally go and drag it. I had to move a few engines around in the unit and instead of dragging them everywhere on the sumps or using the hoist I just did that.
