Okay, so you may of seen my car up for grabs about 6 months ago, but unfortunatly I've lost my job and cant afford the 300 pound insurance!

I wouldnt like to sell the car for cash but maybe for swaps for a bigger volkswagen!

I'm after a golf mark 1/mark 2 or possibly a caddy new or old caddy I'm easy! As i am a bricklayer and i dont have room for tools.

Okay so when i brought the car it looked like this.

Got the car m.o.t'd and a good t-cutting!

M.o.t-

All four wheel bearings

Front left wheel hub

Small welding rear drivers side wheel arch

And a few advisories!

After m.o.t

Shortly after the m.o.t my time with the four speed box was annoying so decided to upgrade! So got the gearbox out of a breadvan that had done 50k miles and now it drives alot nicer! Also the anti roll bar from the bready.

Shortly after that i lowered it and whacked on the tin plates and thats where the car is at now!

Cleaned and sprayed the bay

Half way through lowering we had loadssss of problems and took us a whole 13 hours, the bolts for the rear shocks had completly seazed and no way out so used an air saw with the help of dads compressor and wolahh!

It's currently got the back box out and straight through with a daft stainless tip which i am not fond of personally but with no job cant afford the stainless fitted that I've been wanting! So yess it is loud!

I love the interior! I dont see many Black Coupe S, but ones with the matching interior is quite rare and with it being A reg its clean for 27 years old!

So i'll leave it there for now with pictures and will happily take more if need be!

NOTE, i did hit a grid about 3 days ago and has bent the exhaust slightly so it does rattle off the car.

It's done 80k miles and the interior is quite is good nick! I wash it every week! 2 Months tax left on, and 8 months m.o.t.

I absolutly love my car and will be sorry to see it leave if i get a reasonable offer!

I wash it every single weekend because i love to see it shine!

I have so many ideas for this car in the future i would love to keep it for the rest of time and will regret this sale in years to come but i just cannot afford to keep untill i find another bricklaying job!

Well I'm not happy with 500 pound i know its worth more and I've put in hard work to this car nothing majour but every little helps! Sorry dude id never be able get insured on one! Id love to but i have no funds either so i cant put in on ebay have to sell how it stands. Trying to resolve the slight exhaust rattle just finding the time.

oh my, the pictures broke my heart, not just because its a rare polo written off, thats bad enough but brought back memories of chars accident in a black mk2 coupe, also rear-ended.
