ball ache complete and utter disaster! and looking good for claims any whoo, i hate saxo vtr's! police are trying say i was racing but its a lie. i went hospital last night walked in but came out on a stretcher with neck brace! so I'm now battling to have my car outside my house so could be being breaked soon from stoke who ever needs parts :)

give me a shout when you do, i could do with some parts too, and reguarly travel through stoke.

saw this today with dale, alot of parts will be salvageable once he can get the car back, the driver side rear quarter is creased, and the roof...but the front is solid and the engine ran sweet as a nut. hope you sort it all out mate, still can't believe it...the saxo hit him at over 60 and didnt even brake.

My stand on compensation is go for what you need- nothing more. It's people taking the piss which has meant 2 years down the line I'm still not paid out, despite 2 months off from work and a further four months with back pain and fatigue. Had to fix myself with swimming and walking the dog in the end. There's so many people trying it on I have had to have reports, interviews and medicals to back it all up.

Mine was mint like yours, but not an early model. I didn't get it back btw, (bad vibes) you need to talk to your insurance and salvage yard asap if you want to. I wouldn't own another black car.

Sorry bout that it was a minter like mine someone went into bk of mine aswel gutted still got it but boot floor splatered and body twisted well annoyed

Saw the thread for this and was getting really excited, then I saw the crash. Hope you're okay dude, crying shame about the Polo though. Are you any closer to getting it all sorted?

Don't expect too much, they aren't stupid. Don't quite know what the wink is for there?..from someone who was genuinely injured I don't like this 'claim the ass off them' and 'yeah you can't work ;)' crap. That pisses me off, and yet people wonder why insurance is so expensive??

And if they've told you 2 years expect 3-4.
