Hello, 2 days ago I've sold my lovely Polo, along with my parking permit.

I've bought a car yesterday and received a parking fine.

I live in residential area and the ticket is from central-ticketing, for failing to display a permit.

After reading a few topics here, Am I right in saying, I should ignore them?

Also, The car would probably be still registered to the guy I bought it from. Will they contact him for my details or something like that?
