Putting a Nintendo in my MK3?!

Featured Replies

i know its not strictly n64 or whatever but the way i am going to do it is to run an inverter into my boot... and then I'm going to have my laptop on my parcel shelf plugged into it. Its going to be running some emulation software for NES, playstation, n64 etc..(like so you can play all the games on your laptop).. and ill just chuck a little usb gamepad in. cheap and easy :)

and perhaps at somepoint ill put a leisure battery in my boot so i can run it for longer with the car turned off

When will you play games in your car whilst turning round to look at the laptop?

i drive backwards with my arse :D

but in all seriousness it will probably be when I'm out n about and just chilling somewhere. will turn it round and play from outside. Arent i cool

umm, the cube runs on 12v anyway, you need to find an in-car kit (wii and cube have slightly different connectors, not seen a cube kit for years), a screen or headunit with a screen and RCA inputs.

There were a lot of items for the cube that didnt sell well and turned up in game shop bargain bins, the rechargeable battery (mounted underneath), the car kit being a few (7 inch screen with stereo speakers that mounted on to the cube, car plug and other specific cables).

and in a mk3 the cube sits hidden behind the central console, all the wiring tucks up the back.

Haha, ok, yeah thought of that afterwards! I would just never have any requirement for something like that!
