Started my spraying today after prepping yesterday, had a late night last night so i woke up late and started spraying half way through the afternoon.

Slowly got darker and darker towards the end, then my parents rang me, they were walking the dog, to let me know its spitting, as they said this on the phone, i felt it on my arm. Rinsed them into the house, all done though :)!!!

Let them dry tonight, fitted tomorrow and loads of tyre spray to make the massive 195/60's look acceptable.

Hopefully coils will arrive at the beginning of the week :)!

Looking good Prox, I had to make the same decision when I sold my Mk3 and bought the 6n, just wanted something a bit newer and (slightly) more reliable..

Plans looks good though, get it on the deck with some low offset Rotas and honeycombe grilles.. hmm yes!

Its coming along mate! Those steels and coils will look miles better :)

Got my G60 LookALikes on now, 195/60/14's some massssive wheels+tyres, but coilovers soon so they wont be tooo bad.

Also won some G60 centre caps which are on their way soon which will also improve the looks

i want new tyres, but i'd rather save up as these will just be for winters :)

good looking car but defo needs lowering as has been said..

nice work on the steels but think it would be worth getting some part worns for them... even if they are just for winter, would make all the difference

No point in going to the expense of buying new tyres now, coming up to winter, save the money and buy something better for when summer comes to play.

I'd also consider delaying the fitting of coilovers till after the bad weather due to potholes, and salt eating away at them, however it's your choice.

I think the colour of the steelies go well with the car.

thanks for the comments and i would love some 165's on there, but i have no money as it is.

Need to sell/swap my ultralites from my mk2 and get some of the body parts sorted, one or two scuffs in places.

i wouldn't mind some teledials for my mini wheels, just because i can swap them. My goal is to get some nice Rota's but as there're none for sale ever, i'ma have to buy them new, so i'm saving up for them, but as i said, in the mean time, i'll do a few wheel swaps :)!!
