mk2 golf 1991

I have for sale my alpine white, 5dr mk2 golf. Its a 1.3 ryder fitted with big 90 spec front bumper and arches,gti grill and spots, it is lowered 60mm on springs sat on driver steels. it has covered 100k with alot of history and past MOT certs. the interior is standard and everything works as it should.

bad points:

no tax. but the car is mot'd until january.

small amount of rust around the front wiper blank hole on the passenger side.

some were on drivers seat bolster.

Good points:

The car drives fine with no rattles or bangs, the gear box is smooth (4 speed).

comes with a set of absolutly mint genuine vag small bumpers with red pin stripes, some brand new crystal rear lights and clear indicators.

I have just done the timing belt, head gasket and fan belt.

the car has covered next to no millage since its last MOT, it has been mainly garaged and still is, as it was bought as a project for a vr6 conversion, but neither funds or time are allowing me to do this at the min so this is why it is up for sale. The car is in pretty decent condition for its age and would be a good solid foundation for an engine conversion, or cheap to insure and good on juice for the young lads that get fleeced with insurance.
