deffinately would recommened to first or second year driver because i thraped the car the other day just out of interest and on the rating it gave my a 3 outah five which is standard and the isnt any time limit the just prefer you driving througout the day and also if you drive safe 5 outah 5 like me :) you get a reduction on premimums mines droped to 80 quid a month now

but make sure you have no mods before the the box is fitted or else they will just void the insurance
