guilty :( kept scraping the bumper coming out of work (the entire splitter folded under the car and the bumper itself was flexing bad)

it did look the nuts lower though.

Probably a write off if you go through insurance, new wings, bonnet, grill, grill surround, headlight and indicator. Possibly front panel etc. as well.

Doesn't look like it should be to hard to fix. Just depends on how much you want to keep the car really!
