Good points: This is a very rare example of a 1300cc GL model in Dark Bronze Metallic. In very good condition as the car was treated with Waxoyl and undersealed when back in 1991. 50:50 split folding rear seats, centre console and matching fabric on the door cards. The interior is beige fabric and has no rips or burns and has remained in excellent condition for a 26year old car. The car has always passed the MOT and is a good runner. BBS wheels. Lowered 60/40. will include cd/dvd player if sold for the right price. Lady owner :)

Brief Technical Spec: 1272cc engine producing 55bhp - engine code HK. Twin choke Pierburg carb, automatic choke, 4 speed manual gearbox

Bad points: There are the usual minor stone chips, scratches, but nothing major (have photos so please email me to request these). The temperature gauge doesn't seems to provide the correct reading (lower than what it should be reading) but the important thermostat and cooling fan all work. The fuel gage doesnt go over half full, but it does show you under that so you know when you have half a tank or less. tracking is slightly off, not a massive prob, may get it sorted before sale.

This is an ideal opportunity to purchase a rare example of the MK2 Polo GL with the nippy 1272cc engine. Is a really nice drive, fantastic car for its age! Only selling because I want something newer now, bored of MK 2s. Would love for it to go to someone passionate about VW's who has the time to make it even better.
